Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education, (declared as Deemed to be University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956 ) Tumkur, was established vide MHRD GOI No. F.9-31/2006-U.3 (A) dated: 30/05/2008 of Govt. of India. Sri Siddhartha Medical College and Sri Siddhartha Dental College have been functioning as constituent colleges of Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education since 01/06/2008.

M.B.B.S

 Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Aspirants seeking admission to the 5-Year & 6 Months Full-Time MBBS Program must have.

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT

  • Passed the second year of Pre-University or 12th standard or HSC or Equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as optional subjects in respect of Medical and Dental degrees and English as one of the languages.
  • The candidate must have scored at least 50% of the aggregate marks or equivalent grade in the optional subjects in order to be considered for admission. 40% for candidates from the restricted categories for the Medical and Dental courses. (As stated by the Karnataka Government from time to time).

B.D.S

 Bachelor of Dental Surgery

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • A candidate for admission to the 5-year full-time BDS program must have:

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT

  • Passed a PUC, 10+2, HSC, or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects, as well as one of the following disciplines: - Chemistry, Biotechnology, and Biology.
  • And he/she has at least 50% in the optional topics with English as one of the languages. 45% for applicants in the reserved category. (As stated by the Karnataka government from time to time).

ENTRANCE EXAM

  • The candidate must pass the following entry exams: CET
