In the midst of a global invention burst in 1932, Lawrence Technological University was founded. None other than Henry and Edsel Ford provided support and space for the budding school in their expansive former Model T assembly facility, helping to establish the groundbreaking experiment that would become LTU.
We are still altering the globe today. Since those early days, graduates and students have continued to design and engineer the structures, furnishings, and other items that have contributed to shape their generations. And the LTU students of tomorrow will follow suit.
