Ranchi's Indian Institute of Management was founded in 2009 and offers a two-year MBA programme in general management. Only IIM - Ranchi provides a full-time two-year programme in Human Resources Management, which is becoming increasingly important. It also provides a world-class Fellow Program in Management (FPM) and a 24-month part-time Diploma in Management (PGEXP), all of which include case studies, relevant projects, and relevant industrial experience for students.
Equal emphasis is placed on instilling in students the appropriate values and attitudes. Participation in regular events on all platforms is encouraged with a special focus on building a winning spirit. Simultaneously, we try to prepare students for the future by teaching courses on new trends and fields such as neural networks, analytics, and energy management.
